[Feature] Communities should have a path prefix

Path prefixing options: /r/, /c/, /d/, /+/

After migration automatically check if the root level page requests is from cookie, if not, attempt to check if community exists, if so send them there instead, if not just throw 404.

This should make it easier for community management as admin's would no longer need to manually approve them in worries of possibly breaking other static pages.
