Update project info and URLs to reflect vATC Suite

This pull request updates various files to reflect the new vATC Suite project name and description. It includes changes to issue templates, contribution guidelines, Docker-related files, license, README, environment variables, composer.json, and API documentation. Additionally, it updates the page titles, descriptions, and meta tags of relevant views. Furthermore, the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file is updated with a new email address for reporting abusive behavior, along with improved URL formatting. Lastly, the UserFactory.php file is modified to enhance security by using the Hash facade for password hashing and generating random passwords using faker.
