Update meta tags for vATC Suite API documentation

Insidious Fiddler requested to merge fix-docs-meta-tags into main

Update meta tags in redoc.blade.php to include description, URL, title, and image for both Facebook and Twitter. This improves the visibility and sharing of the API documentation for vATC Suite on social media platforms. It also will make it easier for search engines to differentiate between the pages.
